Hotel profiles
The ten hotel kitchens, in order
Start here when the room is settled but dinner is not. These ten profiles follow the same order as our kitchen ranking, so you can move from the strongest published food-and-drink range to the leaner files without losing the hotel context.
Ranking · The ten

1. River Rock Casino Resort
Gordon Ramsay Steak, KOI, Sea Harbour, Chopsticks, The Chairman’s Room Lounge & Buffet and later hours give Richmond the broadest published kitchen.

2. Caesars Windsor
Neros, Spago Trattoria, Café 377 and a 24/7 Tim Hortons are the useful core; Ariius is mentioned only as closed at Caesars.

3. Fallsview Casino Resort
21 Club, Ponte Vecchio, Golden Lotus, Noodle Bar, Falls Deli and Galleria restaurants give range, though the resort states there is no buffet.

4. Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto
Copperhorn, Casual, Chopsticks, Lobster Legend, Pizzaiolo, Food Hall and Lobby Bar Grab & Go make a practical Etobicoke eating plan.

5. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Hard Rock Cafe, Brick’d, YOUYU and Constant Grind define the new Ottawa hotel’s published restaurant set.

6. Casino Rama Resort
Atlas Steak and Fish at St. Germain’s, MATCH, Chow Lucky Noodle Bar and the unverified Couchiching Court Buffet shape a refurbishment-era file.

7. Grey Eagle Resort & Casino
Little Chief, the Buffet open through 31 Dec 2026, Stage Bar, Eagle Bar and Eagle Street Eats sit beside renovation closures.

8. River Cree Resort & Casino
Sage, The Kitchen Buffet Bistro and Tap 25 make a compact Edmonton-area roster, with the profile keeping to what the resort publishes.

9. Hilton Lac-Leamy
Arôme, Banco Bistro, L’Instant, Bacchus bar, Bar 7 and Aléa are strong where verified; Le Baccara is not listed officially now.

10. Cascades Casino Resort Langley
ATLAS steak + fish, Match, The Breakfast Room, Sunday Brunch Buffet and Glacier Bar are useful; the casino buffet remains unclear.
How to use these profiles
Each hotel page reads the property from the table outward: restaurants first, then bars, breakfast, brunch or buffet, late-night options, and only then nearby eating when an official tourism source names it. If a restaurant is closed, seasonal, unverified or blocked from our pass, the profile says so.
The order here follows the ranking by kitchen. The scoring method is published separately in how we score the table: range and ambition of restaurants, bars and lounges, breakfast, brunch and buffet, late-night and 24-hour options, nearby eating, and transparency. For a faster side-by-side read, use the restaurant matrix.
Planning two nights around the building
Read the cards as a meal plan, not as a casino pitch. A strong two-night stay usually needs one reservation restaurant, one less formal room, a breakfast plan, and a fallback after a show. The profiles name only outlets in the fact file, with their published status, so you can see where the resort is clear and where it is not.
Provincial entry ages and minors’ access are handled inside each profile. Restaurant reservations are made with the hotel, not here. If you want us to assemble the stay, use ask for a table-and-room with dates, covers, preferred hotel and any dietary notes you actually need to share.
