These terms govern your use of Table & Tower. The site is an independent editorial guide to casino hotels in Canada, written for readers choosing a room by the restaurants, bars, brunch, buffets and late-night food published by each property.

Editorial information, not hotel advice
Table & Tower publishes dated editorial opinion and factual summaries drawn from the sources available to us at the time of writing. Our pages are meant to help you compare hotel dining, read status notes carefully and decide what to ask the hotel for next. They are not legal, financial, medical, dietary or travel advice.
Our rankings are editorial. We explain the scoring system on how we score the table, including the weights for restaurant range, bars and lounges, breakfast, brunch and buffet, late-night options, nearby food named by official tourism sources, and transparency. A higher rank is not a guarantee that a hotel, restaurant, room or experience will suit your trip.
We work from published information and say when something could not be verified, was unavailable, was blocked, or came from secondary sources. Even so, errors can occur. If a hotel changes a venue, closes a bar, adjusts access rules, or removes a page after we review it, our page may lag until the next update.
Menus, hours, access and availability change
Restaurants, bars, buffets, lounges, room-service windows, dress codes, minors policies, alcohol service, parking, hotel amenities and entertainment schedules can change without notice. A restaurant listed as open on a resort page may be closed for a private event, renovation, staffing reason or seasonal pause. A buffet may change service days. A late-night counter may close earlier than published.
We do not invent menus, dishes, chefs, prices, awards or hours. When a resort does not publish a detail, we either leave it out or say that it is not published. Before you travel, confirm the current details with the hotel or restaurant directly, especially if your stay depends on a specific dinner, brunch, buffet, bar seat, accessibility feature, dietary request, show time or age-access rule.
Our restaurant matrix and hotel profiles are comparison tools, not live operating boards. Use them as a starting mise en place, then verify the final service with the property.
Rates, bookings and table requests
We do not guarantee hotel rates, room availability, restaurant availability, packages, fees, taxes, deposits, resort fees, cancellation terms, loyalty benefits, parking charges or any other charge. If a rate appears on a hotel or partner booking page, it is controlled by that hotel or partner, not by Table & Tower. Rates and terms can change before you complete a reservation.
When you use a hotel link, booking link or partner link, any booking is between you and the hotel or the relevant booking partner. We are not a party to that reservation. The hotel or partner is responsible for confirming the room, taking payment, applying cancellation rules and handling changes, refunds, disputes, special requests and no-shows.
If you use our ask for a table-and-room form, you are asking our desk to help prepare or pass along a request. A form submission is not a confirmed room and not a confirmed table. A booking exists only when the hotel or booking partner confirms it under its own terms.
Links, earning and independence
Our pages link to official hotel sites and to other pages on this site where they help you plan. Some hotel-booking referrals or arranged stays may earn this site a commission from a hotel or booking partner. We explain that separately on how this site earns.
Commission does not buy a ranking position, a restaurant description or a favourable verdict. The rankings and profiles are editorial, based on the method we publish and the facts we could verify. We are not affiliated with the hotels, casino operators, provincial gaming corporations or regulators named in our pages. Our role is to read the dining pages closely, note the gaps and help you ask better questions before you book.
External websites are not controlled by us. A link to a hotel, operator, tourism source or partner does not mean we accept responsibility for that site’s content, security, availability, booking engine, privacy practices or terms.
Use of the site
You may use Table & Tower for personal travel research and booking requests. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, scrape it, republish it as your own guide, interfere with the service, submit false or misleading requests, or use the site to promote unlawful activity.
The site discusses casino hotels as places to sleep and eat. It does not provide gambling services, take wagers, sell gaming products or allow gaming through the website. Age, entry and responsible-gaming information appears elsewhere on the site where relevant, including by province and responsible gaming.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table & Tower is provided as published and as available. We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on dated information, changed hotel terms, unavailable tables, travel disruption, third-party booking issues or external website content.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the site will be handled under those laws, unless consumer-protection law gives you a right that cannot be limited this way.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The version posted on this page is the version that applies when you use the site. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Table & Tower or submit a table-and-room request.
