Booking request
Ask our desk for a table-and-room
Use this page when the bed and the table need to be planned together. Tell us where you want to stay, when you want to eat, and what the kitchen needs to know. We do not take card details here, and restaurant reservations are made with the hotel, not with this site.

What the form asks for
The request form is built for a two-part stay: a room and a restaurant table. You choose the hotel, add your arrival and departure dates, and tell us how many covers you need for dinner. If you are still choosing, use the ranking by kitchen, the restaurant matrix, or the list of all ten before you send the request.
For the table, give the meal date, preferred time, number of adults, and any dietary notes the hotel should see. Keep health-adjacent details as spare as possible: enough for the restaurant to respond properly, not a medical history. If the stay is tied to a show, late arrival, breakfast plan or buffet question, add that in the notes.
For the room, tell us the dates, hotel, number of guests, and any practical requirements, such as separate beds or an accessible-room question. If you have more than one hotel in mind, say so. We can ask in order of preference, but the booking itself remains between you and the hotel or booking partner.
What happens next
After you send the form, our desk reads the request as a food-and-room plan, not as a casino request. We check that the hotel and dining target make sense together, then ask the hotel for room availability and a dinner reservation. We do not ask you for card details on this page.
We usually email you within one working day with what the hotel can offer or what needs changing. Sometimes the answer is simple: the room is available and the restaurant can take the table. Sometimes the hotel may suggest a different time, a different room type, or a direct booking step. Menus, hours and venue status can change, so the hotel’s confirmation is the controlling one.
If you are comparing restaurants first, read how we score the table. If timing is the issue, the guides to brunch and buffets and late-night eating may help you decide which request to send.

This kitchen desk lives on referrals: a booking made through our links, or a table-and-room arranged by the desk, earns a commission from the hotel or a booking partner. Restaurants pay nothing and the order of the list is not for sale.
